Hi,
I’ve been looking for Doc stories without the pulp-type humor, more in the way of serious adventure-thriller novels. Would you recommend this to me?
Thanks,
Jay
Jay, that is going to be tough. I would suggest starting with Escape from Loki by Phil Farmer (1991) and the first-person novels No Light to Die By, The Monkey Suit, Let's Kill Ames, Once Over Lightly, and I Died Yesterday, (1947 & 1948)
